Περιγραφή

DKG Development is an investment, design, development, construction and property man-agement company who implements investment projects, from A-to-Z, in Greece. We serve the local and international investment community, be it investors, operators or end users, with innovative solutions in commercial, residential and hospitality real estate projects.

Objective

  • Establish organization’s online presence and brand value by promoting the company and its products through the use of videos, photos, infographics and text posts on social media plat-forms.
  • Planning and developing social media campaigns
  • Crafting compelling content
  • Posting content across social media accounts
  • Engaging with customers on different channels
  • Analyzing running campaigns
  • Staying on top of the latest social media trends

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
  • Develop social media campaigns
  • Define key performance indicators and KRAs for social media campaigns
  • Update social media content across all channels
  • Engage with customers and followers
  • Use tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite or any other social media marketing tools that you currently use or plan to use
  • Monitor campaigns and analyze data obtained
  • Track SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
  • Develop content or assign tasks to content developers
  • Keep an eye on social media trends
  • Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management and con-tent developers

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience as a social media manager or a similar role, ideally in a Real Estate re-lated company.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in creating social media strategies
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, In-stagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Aptitude for crafting engaging content
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools to measure engagement, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
  • Understand content strategy, copywriting, and SEO principles.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design for social media is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, internet marketing or related field
  • Prior experience as a copywriter
  • Prior experience as a content manager
