Your Mission

As our Sales Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Department by ensuring the accurate processing of customer orders, delivering excellent customer service, and coordinating effectively with customers and internal teams.

You will:

• Provide daily customer support via phone calls and emails.
• Register and process customer orders accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Follow up open orders in close collaboration with the Sales team.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, providing after-sales support when required.
• Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the Sales Department.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Excellent written and spoken command in English, holding a C2 level certification will be an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A team player with high level of dedication and cooperation.
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Previous experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or administrative role.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
