Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of multiple F&B
outlets, ensuring smooth service and alignment with brand and company
standards.
Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate outlet managers, supervisors, and service
teams to achieve high performance and exceptional guest experience.
Guest Experience: Ensure each outlet delivers personalized, efficient, and high-quality
service in line with 5-star hospitality standards.
Financial Performance: Monitor budgets, control costs, and analyze sales
reports to maximize profitability while maintaining service excellence.
Quality & Standards: Enforce hygiene, safety, and service procedures
across all outlets, conducting regular audits and training sessions.
Coordination: Collaborate with the Culinary, Events, and Beverage teams to support
menu development, promotions, and special events.
Continuous Improvement: Review guest feedback and implement action plans to
drive service enhancement and operational efficiency.
Reporting: Provide performance updates, forecasts, and recommendations to the Food &
Beverage Manager and Executive Team.
