We are looking for a Business Developer - Store Manager in Salonica.
Job description:
- Develop business strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic & optimize profitability
- Identify & research potential clients
- Develop & maintain client relationships
- Conduct ongoing market research related to interior design sector
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating & mentoring sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration & ensure compliance with policies /procedures
- Contact & close partnerships with architecture offices / construction companies
- Maintain outstanding store condition & visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends/ customer needs/profits
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs & build career paths
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Familiarity with interior design sector
- Approximately 2-3 years experience in a same role
- Excellent command of English (multilingualism will be considered a plus)
- PC literate (MS Office)
- Solid knowledge of computer administration systems (ERP)
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong negotiation skills
