We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of 9:00 - 17:00, on a non-fixed contract, at our offices in Thermi.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive booking requests from purchasing department and submit respective bookings to the indicated shipping line following the special requirements of customers
- Contact & sort out with shipping lines any issue occurring in transportation process
- Check invoices and sort out any discrepancies with shipping lines
- Monitor disputed cases ensuring that each case will be resolved in the shortest possible time to avoid any implications related to cargo release
Qualifications & Competencies
- Degree in Logistics, Shipping or any other related field
- Experience in shipping industry at least for one year
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Customer-centric approach
- Problem-solving skill
- Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
