HR Manager

A prominent Greek pharmaceutical company is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join its team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of the company's human resources function. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing key HR processes, ensuring the company has the talent and frameworks in place to support its strategic goals.

As the HR Manager, you will:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle in close collaboration with external agencies and partners to identify, attract, and onboard top talent
• Design, implement, and oversee a robust performance evaluation system, including regular appraisals and feedback cycles
• Build and establish core HR processes and policies from the ground up, ensuring they align with company culture and strategic objectives
• Develop and maintain clear, up-to-date job descriptions for all roles across the organization
• Administer and manage the company's benefits and bonus schemes
• Act as a trusted advisor to both local managers and global HR stakeholders
• Support the design and rollout of training, engagement, and development programs
• Promote a positive and inclusive work culture in alignment with group values

To be considered for this HR Manager role, you need to have:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and Greek labor law
• Strong experience in recruiting, performance management, and process development
• MS Office skills
