We are looking for an experienced In-House IT Support Specialist to manage and maintain our company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations for all employees and business systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows system.
- Manage servers, workstations, and network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Administer company email, cloud services, and other enterprise applications.
- Monitor and maintain cybersecurity, including antivirus, firewalls, and backup systems.
- Assist with IT projects, including system upgrades.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and user guides.
- Train employees on best IT practices and software usage.
