About the Role
We are hiring for the Winter 2025/2026 season in Sweden, home to the country’s largest ski resort.
As a Cleaning Employee, you’ll be responsible for cleaning, restocking, and maintaining hotel rooms, apartments, and service areas. All work is carried out according to company standards, safety rules, and professional conduct. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment right by the slopes during the busy ski season.
Main responsibilities
- Clean and restock apartments, service buildings, hotel rooms and public areas
- Perform cleaning duties in private homes
- Carry out seasonal outdoor tasks such as grass cutting, snow shovelling, and sanding
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure rooms are guest-ready
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with other staff members
- Perform other service-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- EU/EES citizen or valid work permit for Norway / Sweden
- Reliable and responsible work ethic
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good communication in English
- A valid driving license is preferred
