The responsibilities of the Technical Support Specialist are the following:

• Provide technical support to the service network and service technicians in the field
• Manage and control warranty claims
• Assist the service network in identifying spare parts and optimizing stock
• Conduct technical training sessions for service center technicians
• Periodically visit service centers to check and improve quality levels based on defined performance indicators and required standards
• Report technical and quality issues to headquarters
• Manage local spare parts replenishment and inventory
• Collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

For the Technical Support Specialist role, you need to have:

• Degree in engineering or a related field 
• Very good command of the Greek and English language 
• Familiarity with PC programs, including MS Office 
• Strong technical skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Excellent relationship management and dynamic personality.
• Team player in a small team environment.
• 3+ years of professional experience in industrial environment
