Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience in food and beverage operations, including supervisory or management roles.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with staff, customers, suppliers, and management.
  • Experience coordinating private events, banquets, and special dining experiences.
  • Familiarity with menu planning, pricing strategies, and culinary trends.
  • Awareness of food safety regulations and standards.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for departmental profitability.
  • Proficiency in inventory control, ordering, minimizing waste, and managing stock efficiently.
  • Flexibility to handle busy shifts or unexpected situations while maintaining service quality.
  • Effective problem-solving for customer complaints, operational challenges, and staffing issues.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and industry professionals.

  • Ensure high-quality service, oversee dining room operations, and address customer concerns promptly. 
  • Interact with guests, address inquiries, and resolve issues to enhance guest satisfaction. 
  • Effectively handle customer complaints, resolve operational issues, and adapt to unforeseen challenges. 
  • Streamline daily operations, from table management to kitchen coordination, to ensure smooth service. 
  • Coordinate and oversee private events and special dining experiences, ensuring a seamless experience for guests. 
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations, as well as licensing requirements. 
  • Assist in training, and supervising food and beverage staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team. 
  • Support staff development through ongoing training and opportunities for advancement. 
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize waste to manage costs efficiently. 
  • Assist in budget management, control expenses, and optimize profitability through efficient resource allocation. 
  • Generate financial reports, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve restaurant performance. 
  • Collaborate closely with the Food and Beverage Director, providing support and helping achieve departmental goals.
