A day at work:
You will:
👉 Participate in all recruiting activities to include: job description creation, sourcing, advertising positions, screening, phone interviewing, interviews and hires in order to fulfill the timely placement of our projects
👉 Develop and manage a network of active and passive candidates and grow it
👉 Ensure timely and efficient communication with clients as well as with candidates
Requirements:
👉 Bachelor’s or/ and Master’s degree of HR or other
👉 Minimum 1-2 years’ experience related with screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for various roles in different industries
👉 Experience in recruitment processes and platforms
👉 Fluency in English

👉 Excellent communication skills
👉 Organizational, planning and time management skills
👉 Very good problem-solving skills, with the ability to think both logically and creatively
👉 Self-motivation with the desire to deliver high quality results within the agreed timelines
