Apella S.A, an aviation Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) facility, based in Spata, is looking for an IT Support Technician, for full-time employment, to assist the IT Department.
Indicative Duties:
Duties involve supporting all end users and end devices for both Software and H/W issues, assisting in the maintenance of the company’s network and systemic infrastructure, documenting tickets and handling the IT Depatment's inventory.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent English skills (written & spoken)
- Greek speaker
- Knowledge of Networking Basics: Router and Switch Configuration (Gui and CLI), Configuration of End Devices, Basic Knowledge of network Protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VLANS) and Basic VPN understanding and configuration knowledge
- Basic Configuration Knowledge in: Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange 365, Microsoft Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012 and later, Basic Troubleshooting on Windows, Mac OS, Basic Troubleshooting of H/W (Laptops, Printers etc.)
