Your main purpose
- Design Process Supervision: Support the Senior Manager by overseeing the design process from outsourced studios for new projects
- Project Planning Contribution: Assist in developing project plans focusing on architectural design aspects, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Design and Architectural Alignment: Ensure architectural and design elements align with project goals and specifications
- Project Control and Guideline Development: Monitor and control project processes including planning, budget, implementation, reporting and id in creating new Group Design Guidelines for future project consistency
What will you bring?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- At least 2 years in architectural design, preferably in hospitality projects
- Strong understanding of design processes, project documentation, and material specifications
- Ability to work well with design teams, hotel operators, and consultants
- Proficiency in Autocad, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office, and 3D modeling software is advantageous
- Full professional fluency in English
