Fund Administration Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and confirm the routing and execution of investment orders.
- Ensure accurate input of order execution details within internal systems.
- Supervise the settlement process, confirming timely completion and accurate reflection in client portfolios.
- Monitor investment portfolios valuation process & performance calculation.
- Calculate management and performance fees.
- Perform various reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Generate reports and analyses on portfolio holdings and performance.
- Update systems with valuation prices and review price exception reports.
- Monitor corporate actions and update investment portfolios accordingly.
- Liaise effectively with involved parties to resolve any issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s and/or postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered a strong advantage.
- Basic knowledge of investment products (Mutual Funds, Bonds, Stocks, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset and proactive approach.
