Spa & Wellness Department
Position: Spa Therapists
Requirements:
- Recognized diploma or certification in massage therapy or spa
treatments
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in luxury spa environments or 5-star
resorts
- Excellent interpersonal skills and client service orientation
- Strong product and treatment knowledge (face, body, and wellness
therapies)
- Professional grooming and calm, confident demeanor
- Fluency in English (Greek or Russian is an advantage)
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
Benefits & Compensation:
- Salary: €1,050 standard salary
- Plus attractive commissions on treatments and retail sales
- €150 accommodation allowance
- 5 working days per week
- 13th salary
