HR Specialist

The HR Specialist will have the following responsibilities:

• Calculate, monitor and control salaries and agents’ agreements
• Introduce, design and Implement new SOPs, Compensation & Benefits policies and performance KPIs
• Plan and apply talent acquisition and retention strategy and management
• Propose, design & implement the buildup of the company's culture and create an environment for an authentic 'Great Place to Work'
• Nurture the complete cycle of employee selection, recruitment & onboarding
• Serve as the main point of reference for managing all employee and labor relations matters locally and internationally including ethics complaints, charges, and grievances as well as resolving issues & requests of employees, public authorities, etc. based on the labor law
• Labor Agencies and other external advisors’ management in a multinational conte

The ideal candidate for the role of HR Specialist should have the following:

• BSc/BA Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• MSc will be considered as a plus
• 2+ years of HR experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of employment-related Greek laws and regulation
• Very good command of English language, both written and oral
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Epsilon/PYLON/HRM knowledge will be considered as a plus
• French, German, Turkish language will be considered as a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Organizational skills

• Analytical thinking
