A large organization specializing in the management and maintenance of essential public infrastructure and related services is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join its central team. This role is pivotal in managing the contractual lifecycle for complex operational services, technological investments, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

The Contracts Manager will oversee the entire contractual lifecycle, working closely with technical, procurement, and legal teams to protect the organization's interests and ensure compliance. This includes:
- Preparing, drafting, and reviewing a wide variety of contracts, agreements, and amendments (including service, procurement, construction, and IT agreements) to ensure clarity and legal compliance
- Leading and participating in negotiations with external suppliers, partners, and contractors to achieve terms that maximize value and mitigate commercial risk
- Monitoring contract performance and compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements throughout the contract lifecycle
- Providing initial guidance and working with the Legal Department to manage and resolve contractual disputes, claims, and ambiguities
- Developing and maintaining a robust contract management system for secure storage, tracking of key dates, obligations, and audit readiness
- Acting as the central point of contact for contractual matters between internal departments (Finance, Technical Operations, Procurement) and external parties
