We are now seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Consultant familiar with UK law to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will provide support and assistance to our senior legal professionals, handling various legal matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Researching and evaluating different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
• Assist senior legal professionals in preparing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Review and provide recommendations on legal documents to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Communicate with legal professionals and other stakeholders to gather relevant information.
• Collaborate with the team to develop legal strategies, provide comprehensive legal advice and ensure legal compliance.
• Stay updated with changes in laws, regulations, and precedents.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Degree in Law from an accredited university.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and related procedures.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Familiarity with legal databases and research tools.
• Minimum 2 years of proven working experience, preferably as a corporate/commercial lawyer for UK law.
• Professional ethics and integrity.
• A high level of confidentiality.
