Junior HR Analyst

The responsibilities of the Junior HR Analyst role include:

• Handle provider invoices related to employee benefits, such as medical insurance
• Administer company's pension scheme, including employee enrollments and updates
• Communicate with external providers regarding employee benefits
• Participate in meetings with external providers to support the coordination and administration of employee benefit programs

The ideal candidate for the Junior HR Analyst position should have:

• BSc/Ba in business administration, human resources or relevant field
• 2 years in a similar position
• Excellent command of Greek and English language, both verbal and written
• Proficient in MS Office with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good numerical skills, experience in reporting
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities
