Job Description

• Design and execute targeted customer campaigns (cross-sell & upsell) to enhance customer value and engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key KPIs, identifying opportunities for optimization and improved results.
• Analyze large customer datasets using analytical and statistical tools to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the planning, execution, and optimization of customer campaigns.
• Prepare and present regular reports, dashboards, and performance updates.
• Support data-driven decision making by translating customer insights into business recommendations.

• Advanced Analytical Skills & Commercial Thinking
• Excellent interpersonal, networking, and stakeholders’ engagement skills
• Very good organizational, problem solving and time management skills
• Use statistical models and methods to identify most ‘appealing’ target population given appropriate actions
• Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Marketing Research, Computer Science, Economics or other relevant field, or equivalent work experience
