What you'll be doing
- Provide
daily support to the HR department in managing core HR functions and duties
- Maintain
accurate and up-to-date employee records, both in digital (HRMS, SAP
SuccessFactors) and physical formats
- Handle
the full lifecycle of employment processes including onboarding, contract
modifications, and offboarding
- Manage
and process employee shift schedule updates, new hires, terminations, leave requests,
employment contracts, digital ID cards time-keeping, and staff listings in the Ergani
system Process daily the employees’ injuries in Hellenic Labour Inspectorate.
Also, process the data for the occupational doctor technical safety advisor
- Ensure
compliance with labor regulations by maintaining proper documentation for any
audits or inquiries initiated by the Hellenic Labour Inspectorate
- Monitor
and support the management of employee leaves and absences; liaised with EFKA
for relevant procedures or clarifications Process employees’ requests and
provide relevant information
- Collaborate
closely with Store and Department Managers to support staffing and personnel
matters
- Address
employee inquiries, processed HR-related requests, and provide accurate
information in a timely and professional manner
- Assist
with payroll processing, offering support to the payroll department in handling
discrepancies or special cases
- Communicate
with public services when necessary
- Ensure
strict confidentiality and secure handling of all personal and sensitive
employee data in accordance with GDPR and internal policies
