Fraud Agent

Job Description

• Actively review and investigate real-time fraud alerts
• Call-backs to customers for transaction verification
• Participate in the preparation of performance reports KPIs, KRIs etc

Candidate Profile

• University degree in Business Administration or similar field
• 1 year of experience as fraud agent or 3 years as a call-center agent in one of the major Greek Banks
• Understanding of the digital payments
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
• Good command of English language, both written and oral 
• Good command of MS Office suite, especially Excel
