About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Spa & Wellness Department in Pylos, the Spa Concierge monitors the spa appointment bookings, greets and escorts guests to the correct locations within the spa area, answers guests’ enquiries regarding spa treatments, facilities and related services and handles the retail of products. The Spa Concierge reports to the Spa & Wellness Operations Manager.
As Spa Concierge, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Book all Spa treatments and possess good knowledge of products, treatments, retail
- Conduct POS sales including retail and possess the knowledge of assisting the guest upon check in check out
- Ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa, giving new guests tours of Spa Facilities and offering return guests "re-orientations”
- Act as a hotel ambassador at all times
- Handle incoming and outgoing guest telephone calls and emails as well as hotel colleague business-related emails
- Able to handle reports and administrative work
- Possess an accurate knowledge of Spa software
- Handle opening and closing of Spa reception
- Attend daily briefings, weekly and monthly spa meetings
- Perform as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position or assigned by the HOD
