We are looking for a
highly motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our
team and oversee regulatory processes across a dynamic portfolio of products.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full regulatory compliance of cosmetics and food
supplement products with EU and national legislation.
- Prepare product
notifications and dossiers (e.g., CPNP, EOF).
- Monitor regulatory developments
and proactively communicate changes to internal stakeholders.
- Review and
approve product labeling, claims, and promotional materials in accordance with
applicable laws (EU Reg. 1223/2009, Reg. 2015/2283).
- Collaborate with
cross-functional teams including R&D, QA, Marketing, and Legal.
- Serve as point
of contact with regulatory bodies and external partners.
- Support internal and
external audits related to product compliance.
✅ Qualifications:
- University degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related life
sciences.
- 3–5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, ideally in cosmetics
and/or food supplements.
- Strong knowledge of EU and Greek regulatory
frameworks (CPNP, EFSA, EOF).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and
time-management skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proactive,
solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
🎯 Nice to Have:
- Master’s degree in Regulatory Affairs or Pharmaceutical
Sciences.
- Familiarity with GMP and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 22716).
- Experience in Product Safety Assessment or toxicology evaluations.
