Accountant Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting entries of all type
• Handling and processing vendor invoices and communicating with vendors
• Monitoring and reviewing outstanding invoices
• Ensuring all invoices are filed accurately and timely
• Bank entries and reconciliations
• Journal entries
• Assist in the monthly closing
• Assists the Finance Manager

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

• Accounting/Finance Related bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Excellent Knowledge of English, written and spoken
• Very good Knowledge of Ms Office
• Team spirit and enthusiasm
• Ability to multitask
• Organized, detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• 2-3 year's experience, preferable
