Garden Projects Manager

Job Information

Location: Thessaloniki, Greece
Department: Development

Your main purpose

  • Coordination and Communication: Facilitate effective communication with landscape architects responsible for project studies to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Project Budget Management: Prepare, monitor, and update detailed project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial transparency.
  • Garden Contract Management: Collect, evaluate, and make recommendations on the necessary elements of garden contracts to ensure project compliance.
  • Construction Supervision: Provide close supervision of garden construction to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to project specifications.
  • On-Site Presence: Be prepared for travel and on-site stays at project development locations as required to oversee project progress.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a point of contact for stakeholders involved in the garden projects, ensuring their requirements and feedback are effectively communicated and address
What will you bring?
  • Higher Degree in Agricultural or Forestry Sciences or another similar field.
  • High knowledge of English Language to effectively communicate with international stakeholders
  • Computer skills to efficiently manage project data and communication tools.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel and stay at project development locations.
  • Proven experience in managing and supervising large garden construction projects.
  • Good knowledge of the market for the plants and other materials used in garden projects. Knowledge of contractors desirable.
