Manpower Group Greece, on behalf of its client, leading the field of forex trading, is in search of Arabic speakers for the Customer Care & Cross Sell Representatives role.
The Customer Care Representative will provide existing and prospective clients the highest level of customer service and promote the company’s financial products and services to our Arabic clients.
Profile:
- Arabic Native speaker - Mandatory
- Fluently in English (verbal and written)
- Previous customer support experience or similar experience in different service-related positions
- Previous working experience in Sales / Cross Sell will be advantageous
- College or university degree will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent communication – negotiation skills and customer orientation
- Positive can-do attitude
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment
- A strong work ethic and high sentiment of accountability
- Experience and knowledge of additional languages will be advantageous
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for dealing with and properly responding to customers’ inquiries by handling calls and emails
- Engage with existing and prospective customers
- Promote the company’s financial products and services to existing and prospective customers
- Achieve daily and monthly KPIs through contacting clients via phone, emails, and other communication channels
- Successfully develop business relationships with existing and prospective clients and partners
- Keep up to date with the financial markets and communicate these to clients
- Support the growth of the business, by providing a timely and high quality of service
- Work with an excellent team of professionals with a deep understanding of the market
