We're searching for a dedicated Facilities and Safety Coordinator to help us keep our facilities in top shape and ensure everyone stays safe. You'll be a key part of our team, providing essential support and solutions.

What You'll Do:

As our Facilities and Safety Coordinator, you'll help with:

• Keeping our building running smoothly: You'll also help coordinate services with contractors for things like security and cleaning
• Supporting a safe and compliant workplace: You'll assist in making sure our facilities meet all legal requirements, health standards, and efficiency goals. This means helping with risk assessments, tracking safety information, and supporting safety awareness efforts
• Assisting with various company resources

What We're Looking For:

The ideal person for this role will have:

• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or facilities support role
• A good understanding of current environmental, health, and safety guidelines
• A degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs
• Experience or good knowledge of vendor sourcing (researching and working with suppliers)
• An understanding of basic supply chain procedures
