Senior Accounting & Tax Specialist

Senior Accounting & Tax Specialist

What you'll do:

• Coordination and verification of ERP postings
• Maintenance of local GAAP books and General Ledger structure
• Supervising the calculation and verification of income tax, withholding tax, and VAT according to local legislation
• Management of myDATA activities, including reconciliations, implementation support, and system setup
• Support to Greece Finance Manager during statutory and tax audits
• Execution of internal and external reconciliations and internal control procedures
• Collaboration with SEE Finance team and Group functions (IT, Accounting, Tax, etc.)

What we are looking for:

• University Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 5 years of Accounting experience preferably in a multinational environment
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong accounting knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, tax legislation, electronic books (myDATA)
• Advanced ERP Knowledge (preferably SAP)
• Advanced experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks
