Key Responsibilities:
- Spa Treatments: Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness therapies.
- Guest Consultation: Conduct consultations with guests to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Quality of Service: Ensure the highest standards of service, tailoring experiences to individual guest preferences.
- Health and Safety: Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene and safety in the treatment area.
- Product Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of all spa products and treatments offered and advise guests accordingly.
- Reception Duties: Assist with reception duties, including booking appointments and receiving payment for the services provided when necessary.
