Περιγραφή

Front Desk Administrator – Athens, Greece 

We are looking for a dynamic, career-oriented individual to join our Coordination Department for the position of Front Desk Administrator, in our office in Athens, Greece. 

Job description:  

  • Answer and direct incoming calls and correspondence, identifying caller or sender needs and routing them appropriately
  • Greet and assist visitors, guests, and members professionally, determining the purpose of their visit and guiding or escorting them to the right area
  • Maintain accurate client information in the company’s CRM and update records as needed
  • Conduct online research and compile reports or summaries of findings
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and provide reminders to relevant personnel
  • Oversee office supplies, property, and the overall tidiness of the reception and common areas
  • Prepare, print, and file documents such as reports, memos, and informational materials
  • Provide general administrative support to the Regional Coordination Managers in Greece & Cyprus 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Requirements:  

  • Up to one year of experience in a similar administrative or office role (experience in international or multinational environments will be considered an advantage)
  • Previous working experience with CRM databases will be considered an asset
  • Fluency in English and Greek
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Professional appearance, demeanor, and work ethic
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
  • Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
