Your responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, or chats
- Provide product and order-related support
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively
- Accurately log customer interactions and follow company guidelines
Requirements:
- C1 level in Estonian (written & verbal)
- B1 level in English – training & systems in English
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication & multitasking skills
- Commitment to office-based work in Athens
