Front Office Department
Positions: Receptionists, Night Receptionists, Reservations Agents
Requirements:
- 1–2
years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4* or 5* property
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional
appearance and confident, courteous manner
- Strong
computer literacy (preferably with hotel PMS systems such as Fidelio or
Opera)
- Fluency
in Greek and English (knowledge of Russian or German is an advantage)
- Excellent
problem-solving skills and attention to guest needs
- Ability
to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
Benefits & Compensation:
- Salary:
€1,200–1,350 gross
- €150
accommodation allowance
