Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this Senior Associate Lawyer position include:

• Handling a wide range of Civil Law disputes, including contractual disagreements, property law issues, and torts cases.
• Providing legal advice and representation in matters concerning Inheritance Law, Family Law, and Property Deeds.
• Conducting in-depth legal research and preparing complex documents, pleadings, and legal briefs for Civil Courts.
• Representing clients in court before Courts of First Instance and Courts of Appeal in civil disputes.
• Collaborating with clients to develop tailored legal strategies for civil litigation.
• Staying updated on changes in Civil Substantive and Procedural Law and relevant legal developments.

The requirements for the Senior Associate Lawyer role are:

• LLB or equivalent Law degree
• An LLM in relevant field is highly desirable
• A minimum of 8 years experience as a Lawyer, Associate Lawyer or Legal Counsel.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
