Group IT Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive In-House IT Specialist to support the daily operations of our business across multiple departments. This role includes technical support, network and systems maintenance, and ERP administration, with a strong emphasis on the Pylon platform by Epsilon Net.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support across all departments (hardware, software, network)
• Administer, configure, and maintain the Pylon ERP system (modules, user access, reporting)
• Monitor and maintain company , workstations, and cloud services
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
• Coordinate with external vendors when necessary
• Ensure data security, backup procedures, and IT compliance
• Train staff on new technologies and ERP features when needed

• Proven experience in IT support or system administration
• Excellent knowledge of Pylon ERP (Epsilon Net)
• Solid understanding of networking, Windows systems, printers, and cloud tools (e.g., Microsoft 365)
• Basic scripting or automation knowledge is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Fluency in Greek; professional use of English
• Preferred Qualifications
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Familiarity with CRM systems, data integrations, or API tools
• Prior experience in a maritime/tourism or service-based business is a plus
