Asty Mykonos Hotel & Spa, is currently seeking to recruit for the above project in Mykonos, professional for the position of

GUEST RELATIONS & CONCIERGE AGENT – MYKONOS (Code: FOA - MYK)

Responsible for the personalized customer service and the smooth operation and cooperation between the hotel departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implementation on a daily basis of the operation procedures of the department
• Concierge Services
• Conduct Concierge Consultations to understand guests' preferences and create tailor-made itineraries
• Maintain daily communication with guests throughout their stay, ensuring complete satisfaction and promptly handling requests or concerns.
• Offering upscaled customer service

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism will be considered as an asset
• 2-3 years minimum experience as a Guest Relations & Concierge agent preferably in a Luxury Boutique Hotel
• Excellent knowledge of PMS (preferably PROTEL), MS Office - Computer skills
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential
• Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset
• Guests complaint handling knowledge is required
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer-oriented
• Negotiation with excellent PR & Communication skills
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized, detail-oriented service
• Well-groomed with strong interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Mykonos, including restaurants, beach clubs, nightlife, and local experiences, will be considered an advantage
