Assistant Yield & Revenue Manager

Job Information

Location: Thessaloniki, Greece
Department: Yield & Revenue
Contract: Full Time / Permanent


Your main responsibilities
  • Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotels and manage day-to-day yield operations
  • Ensure that all target market segments are developed for the long-term benefit of the properties’ business
  • Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends
  • Create and develop pricing strategies and manage all third-party distribution
  • Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons
  • Analyze overall monthly sales performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long-term strategies
  • Need to work closely with other departments to ensure that the pricing strategies are implemented on daily basis
  • Manage hotel sales and marketing initiatives

Your main qualifications/skills
  • Degree in Tourism and Hospitality or Business Management.
  • A master’s degree would be considered as an extra asset.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience with Revenue or Reservations preferably within Marriott International
  • Fluency in English
  • Opera knowledge
  • Experienced Booking Engine user-preferably WebHotelier
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
