Civil Engineer

A dynamic and growing company active in the field of industrial construction across Greece is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join its team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the structural design and analysis of steel buildings and a solid understanding of relevant engineering tools and codes.

As a Civil Engineer, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Perform structural design and static analysis of steel-framed industrial buildings
• Prepare and review technical drawings using AutoCAD
• Conduct calculations and simulations using FESPA or equivalent structural analysis software
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including subcontractors and project supervisors
• Visit construction sites occasionally to provide technical support and ensure design implementation aligns with project specifications
• Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation for building permits, construction drawings, and tender packages.
• Assist in the submission of studies for public authority approvals

In order to meet the requirements for the position of Civil Engineer, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A degree in Civil Engineering
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, particularly in the design and analysis of steel structures
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and FESPA
• Familiarity with Greek Building Codes, including NOK and Building Regulations, will be considered an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
