Sales and Technical Support Engineer – (Ref. 5407/STSE/ESS/GR)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct visits to selected areas in Northern Greece with the purpose of selling products and providing technical support to customers, engineers, installers and investors.
- Achieve sales targets in accordance with the sales budget and plan.
- Prepare proposals and contracts for clients.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Monitor the completion of orders based on agreed prices, quantities and delivery deadlines.
- Manage any requests until they are resolved.
- Prepare and submit reports using the company's CRM system.
- Conduct market and competition research.
- Participate in the development of sales and marketing strategies.
- Attend educational seminars in Greece and abroad in collaboration with the Technical Support Manager.
- Monitor the laws and regulations affecting Knauf Insulation products and applications.
