Receptionist / Guest relations

Oyster Luxury Suites is a complex of 7 private suites with its own private outdoor pools and amazing view to Aegean Sea.

Oyster luxury suites is a family business which opened in August 2021 in Santorini Island.

As a front desk employee, we are looking for a person who will be responsible for the check-in and check-out process in our “hotelizer PMS” reservation system as well as the welcoming of the guests in our premises.

After that process, a description about the hotel’s operations as well as a full description of the island recommendations such as activities, restaurants, bars and must-visited places is included in the job requirements.

As we are talking about a luxury product, we are looking for a person who will be kind and able to deal with high end customer, offering them the utmost experience. PERIOD: May 1st till end of October.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check-in & Check-out process
• Warm welcome of the visitors
• Registration of customer details in the system
• Preparation of the registration forms as well as any special request of the guests from the previous days
• Handling of any complain may occur by guests
• Room inspection before every guest arrival in the suite
• Excellent communication among the other departments(ex. housekeeping, restaurant-bar)
• Guest relations/ Recommendations about the island

• The accommodation in new rooms equipped with air-condition and private bathroom as well as a meal during the shift are included
