SOFTONE Sunsoft is looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join our high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Installation and technical support on client premises
• Support via Remote Desktop
• Telephone customer support
• Your Qualifications & Competencies
• Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• Good knowledge of operating systems, Office software package, and LAN-WAN network services
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions (servers/PCs)
• Driver's license
• Responsibility and reliability
• Communication skills
• Proficiency in English

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server
• 2 years of experience in catering establishments
• Software installation and Wi-Fi network setup
• PC hardware assembly
