Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods for our guests, following the instructions of the Pastry Chef
  • Ensure all creations meet our standards of taste, appearance, and consistency
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory, cleanliness, and food safety
  • Handle the pastry equipment safely and responsibly
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen area

Skills required

  • Strong knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques
  • Creativity and passion for innovation in dessert design and flavors
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Flexible work hours
  • Food safety training is a plus (HACCP)
  • Active listening and effective communication skills
  • Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in hotels
  • Pastry Degree
