Emgard Suites in Kythnos Island, Cyclades, Greece, is one of the most breathtaking & luxurious properties on the island, providing a premium experience to our Guests and fellow travelers. The property consists of 16 spacious suites and a bar- restaurant. We are located at the port of Kythnos overlooking amazing sea views and shipping routes.
The role:
We are seeking a charismatic Receptionist, the first person that our Guests will meet and greet. As part of the team your job is to provide excellent service and be part of the creation of a memorable and enjoyable holiday experience. Help spread the word of our famous Greek Hospitality.
The hotel receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all guests. As such, the ideal candidate should be friendly, welcoming, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their duties may include greeting guests as they come in, managing the check-in and check-out process, answering questions and requests, and helping with light administrative tasks at the front desk. The hotel receptionist must be trustworthy and able to work well with little direct supervision. The satisfaction and comfort of each guest is our top priority, and the property receptionist’s attitude and behavior should reflect that at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out
- Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Respond to all guest questions and requests
- Keep a tidy and orderly workspace
- Assist with light administrative and clerical tasks as needed
