Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the
smooth day-to-day running of hotel operations
- Supervise and
support staff in reception, housekeeping, and F&B areas
- Handle guest
check-ins, check-outs, and special requests with professionalism
- Ensure high
standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service
- Support
training of new staff members and promote teamwork
- Monitor
supplies and coordinate with relevant departments for replenishment
- Address and
resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively
- Assist with
reporting, shift planning, and basic administrative tasks
