About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and people-oriented Property Manager to join our team in Athens.
In this role, you will be the key person managing our portfolio of rental properties, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests and seamless property operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations of short- and medium-term rental properties
- Visit properties regularly to coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and repairs
- Communicate with guests, handle inquiries, and ensure a 5-star guest experience
- Identify and pursue new property opportunities and scout for potential acquisitions
- Work closely with the operations and management team to optimize property performance

Requirements
- Must live in Athens.
- Driver's license (own car is a plus).
- Confident with computers, apps, and social media tools.
- Excellent communication skills – a “people's person” who enjoys engaging with clients and partners.
- Highly organized, responsible, and self-driven
- Management and coordination skills – able to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Ready for dynamic working hours (not a standard 9-5 office job)
Working Terms
- Monthly compensation: €2,000 (invoice-based)
- Working hours: Flexible and dynamic, based on property needs and guest check-ins
- Location: Athens, Greece
