Περιγραφή

Excellence & Lean Management Consultants is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Professional, on behalf of its client, a multinational service company.

The right incumbent will perform full lifecycle recruiting, with emphasis on attracting top talent through creative sourcing approaches, while embraces Company’s culture, promotes a strong employer brand, and builds winning teams.

The role reports to the HR Director and is based in Athens, Greece.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
  • Delivering a full cycle recruitment strategy from job posting, sourcing and candidate engagement to negotiation and closing
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure that upcoming recruitment requirements can be met within budget and timeframes
  • Being the first point of contact with the candidates, identifying their interests and expertise, communicating company culture and role’s requirements, with the aim to create a unique candidate journey
  • Creating, reviewing and updating recruitment processes to ensure best practice and internal policy compliance
  • Staying informed of recruiting trends and techniques
  • Developing and maintaining a network of internal/external contacts to help source high potential talent
  • Leveraging social recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates
  • Drafting, communicating, and negotiating offers with the candidates ensuring high acceptance rate
  • Organizing and actively participating in employer branding initiatives (eg career fairs)
  • Initiating and participating in projects that further boost TA capability
  • Creating monthly and ad hoc reports on key metrics
  • Forecasting hiring needs by department quarterly and annually

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Job requirements:
  • BSc/ MSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of full cycle talent acquisition experience
  • Experience of ATS
  • Track record of producing results in build a consistent and sustainable talent pipeline
  • Strong business acumen, time management skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
