Customer Support Advisor - Arabic & French Speaker

LMW is seeking a skilled Customer Support Advisor - Arabic & French Speaker on behalf of our client, a multinational healthcare organisation. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to the company's Arabic/French-speaking clients.

• Communicate effectively with customers in Arabic and French, providing support and addressing their inquiries or concerns
• Identify customer needs and guide them to appropriate solutions
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers
• Communicate with clients through various channels and resolve their complaints

• Fluency in both Arabic and French is essential
• Previous experience in customer support
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in Arabic, French, and English
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in fast-paced situations
• Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Translation rights will be considered a plus
