As
we begin our 2026 recruitment season, we are looking to recruit associates for
our Resort Restaurants & Bars! We are looking for a talented Outlet Supervisor to assist with managing our restaurant(s) and bar(s),
ensuring exceptional service and a seamless guest experience!
Position: Outlet Supervisor (Restaurant Supervisor or Bar Supervisor)
Job Type: Full
time, seasonal contract starting around April 2026
Location:
Corfu, Greece
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the outlet,
including the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service during peak hours
- Assist in training and managing the team of
bartenders, servers, and service support staff
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or
special requests promptly
- Ensure the outlet maintains the highest standards of
service, cleanliness, and organization
- Collaborate with the Manager and team to improve
operational procedures and guest experience
- Assist with inventory management, stock control, and
ordering
- Help ensure compliance with health and safety
standards
- Support the Outlet Manager in day-to-day operations
and team leadership

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a
restaurant, bar, or luxury hospitality setting
- Team building and management skills with a focus on
training and development
- A passion for exceptional service and delivering
world-class experiences to guests
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus
- Ability to stay organized and efficient in a
high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- A professional, friendly attitude with a focus on
guest satisfaction
