Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing major strategic accounts across the region.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and negotiating customer contracts in line with the company’s overall sales strategy.
  • Leading the Sales Team to achieve market targets, while fostering individual and team development.
  • Coordinating the activities of all customer-facing functions to ensure a consistent and cohesive service experience.
  • Monitoring competitive activity within accounts and sharing relevant insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensuring sales targets align with national agreements and providing input for corrective actions when necessary.

The ideal candidate for the position of Area Sales Manager will be expected to possess the following:

  • Degree in Economics or Engineering.
  • 10+ years in Sales, preferably in heating or electric appliances via professional channels.
  • Expert knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain business issues.
  • Proven success selling into complex sales environments with business and technical buyers.
  • Ability to create effective presentations in time-constrained environments.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work in a multi-tasking environment.
  • Experience and familiarity with our products and line of business is a plus.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel as required
