Recruitment Process: Easy online recruitment process (phone call interview)
No Experience Needed: Previous experience is not required. What matters are your language skills and willingness to learn new things!
Work 8h a day (Monday-Sunday 9.00-23.00)
About the project: You will be working for Netflix, a subscription-based streaming service that allows our members to watch TV shows and movies on an internet-connected device.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve streaming issues
- Provide information on subscription plans
- Assist with account management and billing
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
What you will need:
- Fluent level of German language (at least C1)
- Very good level of English language (at least B2)
- Communication skills
- Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
- Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)
- You need to be in Greece or open for permanent relocation there - with our excellent relocation package!
What you will gain:
- Base salary: 1300 euro monthly gross (including 2 extra salaries per year granted by a Greek law)
- Performance Bonus up to 250 euro gross / month
